Our new Podcast was flailing around
The Steps to fix things
1) Reworked the plan
1.5) have a regular show
2) come up with a focus topic, shorter shows focusing on solutions
3) put together a show topic list, and how you will cover it
4) Search for client style guests
5) we had issues putting together good descriptions, with topics identified early, we can have a good description 80% built, and add anything new that comes up
6) move from YouTube and grow to itunes as well!
