ManageWP is one of my personal favorites and one of the first in this game. We met them years ago at BlogWorld. It is a subscription based service, with multiple pricing levels and also a pricing model that expands depending on how many sites are being managed.
MainWP is extremely popular, partly because it is free. They earn their money by selling premium extensions adding on and expanding the service.
InfiniteWP also works on a freemium model, free for the basic app and charging for add ons.
CMSCommander reminded us a lot of ManageWP in the early days, just a lower price point, but they are growing into their own unique offering now.
IControlWP is new to us. Let us know if you use it or what you think?
Sync – Ithemes the makers of the super popular BackUpBuddy Plugin also make a plugin called Sync. They let you manage your first 10 sites for free. The next 25 or next 25 total is just $50 per year.
Some free plugins that might get you there as well
JetPack – yep inside Jetpack is a tool to manage your plugin updates through their Site Management tool
Advanced Automatic Updates, it hasn’t been updated in a while, but is still liked by many
WP Optmize is an extensive db cleanup tool. It provides some of the extras that often come with the tools above.
UpdraftPlus another grade backup plugin, cloud backups and more
